1️⃣ Requirements for Commissioning

✅ Make sure your idea fits what I do. If you’re unsure, take your time to define it well.
✅ Provide all necessary information (images, videos, detailed descriptions) to avoid misunderstandings. I won’t start without this.
❌ I don’t accept incomplete or unclear ideas.

2️⃣ Work Process

🔹 I’ll send you progress updates for you to review and comment on.
🔹 Small changes are included, but large or out-of-scope changes will have an extra cost.
⏳ Delivery times depend on complexity and my availability. I may have a waiting list.
📅 I’ll let you know if I have space to start your project.

3️⃣ Payments and Policies

💳 I only accept PayPal (for now).
💰 100% payment upfront before I start. This ensures we’re both committed.
🚫 No refunds. I work until the final product is delivered.
⚠️ If you request a forced refund, I reserve the right to give away or resell your product.

4️⃣ Product Usage

📛 You cannot resell what I edit for you.
🎮 You can use it on Twitch, VRChat, and similar platforms.
📁 I may publish your avatar/edit in my portfolio, respecting your privacy (e.g., without showing your real name).
💖 I appreciate it if you credit or recommend me, but it’s not mandatory.

5️⃣ Extras

❌ I reserve the right to cancel requests for any reason I deem valid.
⚙️ Terms may be modified to ensure the safety of both parties.

🎨 What Do I Do?

I work on editing 3D models, assembling them piece by piece—like hair, clothing, and accessories—from different authors and artists to create your design or OC (Original Character). I adapt everything to your needs and bring your idea to life.

🛠️ What Tools and Formats Do I Use?

✔ Booth Assets: My main source of resources, but I can also work with:
✔ MMD Models: Ideal for animations and specific designs.
✔ VRoid Models: Custom creations from the free VRoid Studio program.

🔧 What Can I Modify?

✔ Modeling and Shaping: I adjust the model to your liking, giving it the shape you want.
✔ Texturing: I work on textures to achieve the appearance and tone you prefer.
✔ Simple Modeling: I can create rigid objects like hats, accessories, or simple elements.
❌ Complex Modeling with Rigging: Due to lack of experience, I don’t offer this.

📖 To avoid confusion, here’s an explanation of some terms I use:
🔹 Assets: Objects or models like hair, accessories, clothing, etc., used to build an avatar.
🔹 Booth: A Japanese website famous for its wide variety of models and assets for customizing avatars.
🔹 MMD: A program known for animating models, especially Vocaloids. It also refers to models in this format.
🔹 VRoid: A free program for creating 3D models with its own engine.
🔹 Warudo: The most powerful program for using your 3D VRM model in live streams.
🔹 PayPal.me: My PayPal profile where you can request and pay for commissions. This is the link I’ll provide for payments.

📝 How Does It Work?

• Here’s a step-by-step guide on how we’ll work together to create your model:

1️⃣ Initial Contact:

• Explain your design or show me references so I understand what you’re looking for.

2️⃣ Asset Search:

• I’ll look for the best assets that fit your design. If you already have assets you like, feel free to share them!

3️⃣ Agreement and Pricing:

• Once we agree on the assets and details, I’ll calculate the price and send it to you.

4️⃣ Payment and Start:

• If I’m available, I’ll send you my PayPal.me link so you can make the payment and I can start working.

5️⃣ Progress and Feedback:

• I’ll show you progress updates for each significant change. I want you to approve every step before moving forward.

6️⃣ Testing:

• I’ll test the model in VSeeFace. If you use another program, I can test it there if you request it.

7️⃣ Delivery:

• I’ll send you videos of the model in motion, with its expressions and physics.
• I’ll compress the file and upload it to a folder in my Google Drive. You’ll get a link to download it, and the link will remain available in case you lose the file.

8️⃣ Extra:

• I’ll provide an 8K render of your model in the A-pose, which you can use for your portfolio or social media.
